Customers consistently highlight the attentive, friendly service — especially from the staff behind the counter who understand the craft of pizza-making. One reviewer shared how a simple request to crisp the crust a bit longer was met with enthusiasm, signaling both confidence and pride in the kitchen’s technique. This attention to detail elevates the overall experience and creates a warm, welcoming environment that feels more personal than your typical airport eatery.

While pricing may lean toward the higher side relative to standard airport food options, many find the quality and authentic taste justify the cost. Humble Pie targets those who appreciate classic pizza done right, served with a touch of genuine hospitality, creating a memorable moment amid the transit rush.

Decent pizza, although incredibly overpriced for what it’s worth. The girl helping me at the front desk was great though.

Visited 5/12/24 The best pizza I've had in an airport by far! When I asked the lady behind the counter to cook it a little extra so it's crispy and she goes "that's how we all like it here!" so that was a nice start since I knew she knew her pizza then. We had a good little chat before I sat down to wait and she seemed like a very nice, hard working Mom. When the pizza came out, sure enough, it was cooked perfectly! I mean, this was pizza that was better than a lot of pies I've had in big cities, let alone places like airports. I was honestly shocked. Between the really nice woman behind the counter to the unbelievably good pizza, this place is a damn good option if you're in the Phoenix airport and have a mind for a good piece of pizza.
